Portrait painted of Slovenian Consul Jure Zmauc
Artist Toni Rash painted a portrait of Slovenian Consul General Jure Zmauc and presented it to him at a celebration of the 24th anniversary of Slovenia’s statehood in the Rotunda of Cleveland City Hall.
