Polychinka - Croatian Crepe
Branka Malinar of Cleveland’s Croatian community explained some of the food being sampled at the latest Food Adventure of ClevelandPeople.Com at the Dubrovnik Garden Croatian Restaurant. The dessert was polychinka, a fine crepe batter with different fillings.
