Alan Freed’s youngest daughter Sig Freed at memorial event

The ashes of legendary disc jockey and creator of the term Rock and Roll Alan Freed were laid to rest in a ceremony at Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland.  A ceremony was held and a monument was unveiled.

 Legendary disc jockey and rock historian Norm N. Nite introduced Sig Freed, the youngest daughter of Alan Freed and she shared stories of her father and family. http://www.clevelandpeople.com/
