Lou Acosta, MC of the Cinco de Mayo celebration in Cleveland explained the holiday at the City of Cleveland’s 2015 Cinco de Mayo celebration in the Rotunda of Cleveland City Hall. He then introduced Community Relations Board Director Blaine Griffin who spoke of Cleveland’s diversity.
