Marla Hodges-Travick of Rhema Fellowship Church sang the Black National Anthem, Lift Every Voice and Sing, at the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the African American Cultural Garden in Cleveland Ohio. The African American Cultural Garden is part of the Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation.
