Jim Weist introduced his brother Roger Weist as the 2017 Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day Grand Marshall at the annual Saint Brigid Day Mass and Breakfast put on by Our Lady of the Rosary Division of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians in Cleveland.
