Lt Col (Ret) Joseph Meissner spoke at a gathering of the ClevelandePeople.Com Food Adventurers at Pho Thang Vietnamese restaurant in Cleveland Ohio. The Food Adventurers are people who like to experience new foods and learn about different cultures.
