Honors for Major Jackson at Cleveland Rotary
The Rotary Club of Cleveland honored The Honorable Frank G. Jackson, Mayor of Cleveland, with the 2016 International Service Award. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrida Bublys (also past president of Cleveland Rotary) introduced some of the dignitaries who had proclamations for the Mayor.
