Consul Bublys and Rotary International Service Award
The Rotary Club of Cleveland honored The Honorable Frank G. Jackson, Mayor of Cleveland, with the 2016 International Service Award. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrida Bublys (also past president of Cleveland Rotary) announced the award and presented it to Mayor Jackson.
