Korean entrée dishes and miso soup

Sean (his American name) is the son of the owner of the Korea House and he spoke at a ClevelandPeople.Com Food Adventure to the Korea House.  People who enjoy different culture’s food and customs join the Passport Program and experience diverse foods and restaurants. He told about the food they were serving - Japanese miso soup with 3 entrees – beef, chicken and noodle.  The beef dish is made with Korean vodka.  The noodle dish is served on Korea’s Thanksgiving Day and the chicken is marinated with kiwi, pear, garlic and more and then barbecued on a grill.
