Mary Agnes Kennedy sang Irish Soldier Laddie (For tonight we go to free old Wexford town) at the Pride of Erin in Cleveland Ohio at an Easter 1916 Commemoration on the 99th anniversary of the declaration of Irish independence and the armed rebellion to oppose English tyranny. The event was organized by Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians and Irish Northern Aid.
