Judge Ralph J. Perk Jr., president of the American Nationalities Movement of Ohio (ANM), introduced Walt Mahovlich and the band Harmonia as recipients of The Freedom Award. This was at the 51st annual Christmas Luncheon of the ANM. Harmonia is a nationality ambassador of Eastern European music. http://www.clevelandpeople.com/
