Biljana Regan is a folklorist and passionate collector of traditional apparel from the Balkan region. She brought her collection of traditional Serbian fashions to a Serbian Fashion and Music Journey at Tri-C West in Cleveland (Parma). Reagan and Nada Martinovic produced the event. Victor Trejgut served as Master of Ceremonies (English) and Gordana Kovcic as Mistress of Ceremonies (Serbian).
