Louis Stokes remembered at Cleveland’s 2015 One World Day

Sheila Murphy Crawford is president of the Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation and welcomed the crowd to the 2015 One World Day.  She asked for a moment of silence in the memory of Congressman Louis Stokes who passed away a few days earlier.
