St Brigid Prayer – "I would like a great lake of beer…”
Father Tom Mahoney, Chaplain of the Our Lady of the Rosary Division of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians in Cleveland led grace before the annual Saint Brigid Day Mass.
He read the famous prayer of St, Brigid (one of the 3 patron saints of Ireland) that begins “I would like a great lake of beer for the King of Kings.”
