Lt Col (Ret) Joseph Meissner spoke at a gathering of the ClevelandePeople.Com Food Adventurers at Pho Thang Vietnamese restaurant in Cleveland Ohio. The Food Adventurers are people who like to experience new foods and learn about different cultures. Joe told the story of The Trưng sisters who were Vietnamese military leaders who ruled for three years after rebelling in 40 AD against the first Chinese domination of Vietnam.
