Mona Alag, past president of Federation of India Community Associations (FICA) and Chair of the 10th anniversary committee of the India Cultural Garden event celebrating 10 years of the India Cultural Garden, introduced Rev. Dr. Otis Moss Jr. as the keynote speaker.
