Many of you may remember driving through the GE Nela Park campus on Noble Road in East Cleveland as a kid and being mesmerized by the amazing Christmas lighting display. While you haven't been able to drive through Nela Park for many years you can see the brilliant display along Noble Road.
If you drive, be prepared for cars moving very slowly - and even stopping - as they ooh and aahh at the display. A better option is to pull into the Nela Park main road and park in one of the Visitor spots and walk along the display route.
It is another Cleveland treasure and should be visited in person. See some photos of the 2015 display to whet your appetite.

Hejnal at ICC-WIN annual Multicultural Holiday celebration
14 year old Olivia Gotowski performed the Hejnal at the 6th annual Multicultural Holiday celebration put on by the International Community Council – Worldwide Intercultural Network (ICC-WIN) at the Global Center for Health Innovation in Cleveland. The HejnaÅ‚ Mariacki is a traditional, five-note Polish anthem closely bound to the history and traditions of the capital, Kraków. It is played every hour on the hour, four times in succession in each of the four cardinal directions, by a trumpeter on the highest tower of the city's Saint Mary's Church. Legend has it that a sentry on a tower of St Mary's Church sounded an alarm by playing the HejnaÅ‚ but the trumpeter was shot in the throat and did not complete the anthem. That is why performances end abruptly before completion. http://www.clevelandpeople.com/groups/polish/polish.htm
